Sogin prepares:

  • The Annual financial Statements: according to the Statute, Sogin closes its financial year on 31st December of each year. The annual financial statements are approved by the Shareholders' Meeting within the terms set by the civil code. 
  • The consolidated financial statements: the consolidated financial statements of the Sogin Group, published starting from the acquisition of 60% of the company Nucleco, are approved together with the annual financial statements.
