A new Sogin Board of Directors has been appointed; Giuseppe Zollino Chairman and Riccardo Casale CEO

The Italian Economy and Finance Ministry, in accordance with the
Economic Development Ministry, has appointed the new Sogin Board of
Directors with a triennial mandate 2013-2015, nominating Prof. Giuseppe
Zollino as Chairman and Dr. Riccardo Casale as CEO. Members of the new
Board are also three Managers of the Economic and Finance Ministry and
of the Economic Development Ministry: Dr. Elena Comparato, Dr. Bruno
Mangiatordi and Dr. Ing. Lorenzo Mastroeni.
Members of the Board have
been selected after a preliminary screening of the candidates by the
Treasury Department with the support of their advisors and the positive
opinion of the Assurance Committee, as required by the Directive and the
Ministerial Decree issued June 24
th.
