Board of Statutory Auditors
The Board of Statutory Auditors is the supervisory body that monitors compliance with the rules governing the activity of Sogin and the implementation of other specific regulations, compliance with the Articles of Association and compliance with the principles of correct administration and, in particular, the adequacy of the administrative and accounting organizational structure adopted by the Company and its actual operation.
The Board of Statutory Auditors is composed of three effective Auditors and two alternate Auditors.
