Delegate of the Court of Auditors
The Magistrate of the Court of Auditors delegated to control attends the meetings of the corporate bodies (Shareholders' Meeting, Board of Directors, Board of Statutory Auditors), as well as the meetings of the Supervisory Body and, as a rapporteur, prepares the Report with which the Court, after its approval, and based on documents and elements acquired, reports to the Presidencies of the two Houses of Parliament about the results of the control over the financial management of the Company.
The Presidential Council of the Court of Auditors has conferred the functions of Delegate holder of the control over the financial management of Sogin to the Magistrate Rossana De Corato and of Substitute to the Advisor Chiara Bersani, ceased from the office with effect from 1st October 2018.
